या नश्वर शरीरात प्रभावी आत्म्यास जाणून घेऊन, ते जगतात आणि स्वत: ला मुक्त करतात.
गुरु खरोखरच एक व्यक्ती नसून त्याच्यात असलेले आत्मा आहे.
अशा प्रकारे, एखाद्या विशिष्ट व्यक्तीची उपासना करण्याऐवजी गुरुची उपासना, सर्वोच्च ब्राह्मण देवाची उपासना आणि गुरूच्या शरीरात समाविष्ट असलेल्या ज्ञानासाठी पूर्ण चंद्रापेक्षा अधिक पूर्ण असू शकत नाही, कारण गुरू आणि परिपूर्णता दोन्ही एकमेकांचे समानार्थी आहेत.
